Correspondence with Government Authorities:
Throughout the year, the Association has been proactive in communicating with various government authorities to address issues faced by our members. We have sent multiple letters and requests for meetings to the Lieutenant Governor (LG), Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Station House Officer (SHO), Managing Director of DSIIDC, Deputy Commissioner of MCD, Chief Executive Officer of Delhi Jal Board, TPDDL, as well as our local MLA and other Ministers. These communications have focused on seeking their intervention and support in resolving the following issues:
– Restoration of Street Lights: Persistent efforts were made to ensure the repair and maintenance of street lights across the Naraina Industrial Area. Many faulty and non-functional street lights were replaced, significantly improving the safety and security of our industrial area at night.
– De-silting of Storm Water Drains and Installation of Drain Covers: The Association has been in constant touch with the authorities to address the problem of blocked storm-water drains. Through our continuous follow-up, several drains have been de-silted, and missing drain covers have been installed, preventing accidents and improving sanitation.
– Encroachment and Illegal Parking: The issue of encroachment on roads and illegal parking by trucks and other vehicles has been a major concern for our members. We have raised these issues repeatedly with the authorities to ensure the removal of encroachments and enforce strict parking regulations to ease traffic congestion within the industrial area.
– Infrastructure Development: Meetings with the relevant agencies were held to discuss and push for the repair and maintenance of basic infrastructure, including the water pipeline and sewer system. Our efforts have resulted in some progress, with repairs being undertaken in several parts of the industrial area.

Sponsorship and Support:
The successful organization of these initiatives would not have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors. I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to Megha Real Estate and Bandhan Bank for sponsoring our programs and enabling us to serve our members more effectively.
In conclusion, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the President, all members of the Executive Committee, and the entire membership for their invaluable support. I also want to express my appreciation to our Executive Secretary, Shri Virender Chokra and Shri Dhyan Singh Negi for their dedicated service to the Association.
We look forward to another year of working together for the betterment of the Naraina Industrial Area. Thank you all for your continued support and cooperation.
